Who Are We?

The Ethics and Compliance Committee is responsible for defining the ethical principles and rules that stakeholders must adhere to in all Unifree’s domestic and international operations. It also ensures compliance with these principles and evaluates any practices that fall outside of them. The Ethics and Compliance Committee is composed of the highest-level executives from the Legal, People and Culture, and Audit Departments. The Committee operates under the authority of the CEO and periodically informs the Board of Directors.

What Are Our Ethical Principles?

At Unifree, we build our way of doing business and our values on the foundation of high ethical standards. Respect for human rights, legal compliance, reliability, fairness, accountability, and transparency form the cornerstone of all our operations. As a company, we integrate these values into our daily operations and relationships with our business partners, and we never lose sight of the fact that our achievements are rooted in these principles. The protection of human rights is our top priority. We provide our employees with safe and healthy working conditions, reject child labor, stand firmly against discrimination, and expect our business partners to uphold the same standards. We do not tolerate any activity that violates laws or ethical rules.

Reliability and fairness are indispensable elements of our work environment. We offer equal opportunities, maintain a zero-tolerance policy against discrimination, and actively combat bribery and corruption. All our operations are conducted with transparency. We keep our financial and operational records with the utmost diligence and use company resources appropriately and in line with the company’s best interests. We place great importance on sharing accurate and complete information with public authorities, business partners, and our customers.

At Unifree, we regularly review and enhance our ethical practices. By maintaining a reliable, fair, and transparent approach to business, we help shape the future.

How Are Reports Reviewed?

Ethical violation reports are forwarded to the Ethics and Compliance Committee. The Audit Department collects and analyzes all evidence fairly, independently, and objectively. All investigation processes are carried out in compliance with the confidentiality principle, and protective measures are implemented to prevent retaliation.

Upon completion of the investigations, the prepared reports are submitted to the Ethics and Compliance Committee. In case an ethical violation is identified, necessary actions are taken by the Ethics and Compliance Committee in line with company policies, and disciplinary procedures are initiated if required.
